Job Description The Head of Department - Psychology provides academic leadership for the psychology academic team and is responsible for the academic quality, governance, and continuous improvement of the Bachelor of Psychology. Key Responsibilities: Lead and improve Bachelor of Psychology programs to ensure compliance with APAC, HESF, and industry standards. Provide academic leadership to support high-quality teaching, assessment, and student outcomes. Oversee accreditation, curriculum review, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes. Embed ethical, evidence-based, culturally responsive, and inclusive practices within psychology education. Contribute to academic governance and engage with industry and external stakeholders to enhance program quality and student experience.
